Gracious Space Mastery Certification
This rigorous, "train the trainer" program prepares non-profit leaders and external consultants to teach and facilitate in Gracious Space. Successful program graduates will be certified to teach and facilitate Gracious Space within their organizations.

November 1-2, 2018
9am - 5pm * 2100 Building in Seattle
 
A special opportunity for leaders and trainers who want to:
  • Improve and transform workplaces through Gracious Space
  • Practice strategies and techniques for teaching and facilitating GS
  • Get answers to commonly asked questions about Gracious Space
  • Learn to design and lead engaging activities that foster Gracious Space
  • Add the practices and techniques of Gracious Space to your leadership tool-kit
 
 
We need Gracious Space everywhere! Participants will...
  • Be equipped to present the concepts of Gracious Space in clear and engaging formats
  • Learn multiple approaches for training and facilitating Gracious Space
  • Exchange strategies with other experienced Gracious Space practitioners
  • Join a national network of Gracious Space practitioners supported by CEL staff
 
 
Pre-requisites:
  • Familiarity with Gracious Space concepts and practices
  • Attendance at any Gracious Space training OR long-term use of the book and related tools
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Moderate knowledge of adult-learning theory
  • Personal alignment with Gracious Space philosophy
 
Facilitator
Patricia Hughes is a Senior Partner with the Center for Ethical Leadership, the lead author of Gracious Space: A Practical Guide for Working Better Together and the lead author of Courageous Collaboration with Gracious Space: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation.

Pat has taught and facilitated Gracious Space in dozens of organizations over the past 20 years, including public and independent schools, colleges, retirement facilities, churches, government agencies, social service agencies and leadership development programs for youth and adults.
